Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Pharmacist in dispensing medications and maintaining accurate patient records.
Ensure proper labeling and verification of prescriptions, including * admixtures and outpatient needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring shelves are well-stocked.
Educate patients and their families about medications and health processes.
Contribute to patient and family education in accordance with established policies.
Document daily dispensing activities and monitor drug expiration.
Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to meet patient needs.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Pharmacy and a Licensed Pharmacy Tech.
At least two years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a large acute care hospital.
Fluency in English and proficiency in medication technology.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
