• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 35 years of sales experience, preferably in HR systems or SaaS solutions.
• Previous experience in managing or supervising a sales team.
• Excellent presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the HR management systems market in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.
