The Role of PKI Operations Lead

Sirar by stc is seeking a PKI Operations Lead to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience. The PKI Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing and executing operational ceremonies related to Public Key Infrastructure, ensuring the security and efficiency of PKI services, and providing technical support to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute related operational ceremonies.
• Conduct client onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Ensure timely closure of incidents and remediation of issues identified through regular assessments and reviews.
• Maintain and update relevant operational records, including change requests, certificate management, incident registers, and incident management logs.
• Ensure configurations comply with applicable policies and standards.
• Generate usage reports and share them with stakeholders and customers.
• Conduct regular security configuration reviews to support the PKI Architect.
• Provide technical support to platform and network administrators to maintain the security of the PKI infrastructure.
• Respond to PKI-related incidents escalated through network and platform administrators.
• Manage HSM technical installation activities with support from the PKI Operator.
• Lead the preparation of PKI management reports and submit them to the PKI Operations Director.
• Deliver administrative training to consumer administrators.
• Support internal audits and WebTrust audit activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
