About the Role

Aceleradora Ágil is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to the foundational phase of the company's expansion in the Middle East, particularly within strategic growth markets like KSA and the UAE. The Principal Product Manager will play a key role in shaping teams, propositions, culture, and client relationships, supported by global expertise in product, design, engineering, data, and AI.

Role Context and Impact

As a trusted advisor, the Principal Product Manager will partner with senior client leadership, executives, and founders to translate strategic visions into market-ready, production-grade products and experiences. This position operates at the intersection of business strategy, human-centered design, and emerging technology, leading multidisciplinary lean AI-first pods for clients. The role also involves activating business growth through consultative pre-sales and account expansion in high-growth markets, championing the 333 methodology for accelerated product concepting, validation, and build cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with C-suite and founder-level stakeholders to manage complex expectations, align diverse workstreams, and frame technical trade-offs around tangible business outcomes during rapid builds.
• Drive an innovation mindset across the full product lifecycle, moving ideas into production systems that deliver business ROI by balancing user desirability, technical feasibility, and economic viability.
• Establish market and competitive landscapes, go-to-market strategies, and business cases or economic models for client opportunities.
• Lead modern product development practices within autonomous, cross-functional pods (Product, Design, Engineering), integrating AI across the entire product lifecycle.
• Provide hands-on leadership within lean pods to guide multidisciplinary teams towards high-impact outcomes.
• Lead large, complex programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups, owning strategy, roadmap, scope, and outcomes end-to-end.
• Lead growth initiatives by shaping client engagements, authoring proposals, delivering executive pitches, and running strategic discovery workshops.
• Contribute to account growth targets, identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships into new engagements and revenue streams.
• Play a foundational role in scaling local organizational capabilities, fostering an inclusive culture, and authoring case studies, points of view, and repeatable frameworks adapted to regional market needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in product leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior client leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in driving innovation and managing the full product lifecycle.
• Proficiency in modern product development practices and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in consultative pre-sales, account expansion, and shaping client engagements.

Working Model

This role operates on a hybrid model, requiring 3 days on-site per week in Riyadh.
