About the Procurement Manager Role

Kanz is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and lead all procurement activities. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires immediate joining. The role involves managing the end-to-end procurement process to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Leading procurement operations for materials, subcontractors, and various services.
• Managing the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation processes with vendors.
• Ensuring that procurement timelines align with project schedules.
• Coordinating with engineering and site teams to obtain necessary technical approvals.
• Optimizing procurement performance in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 10 years of procurement experience, with a preference for candidates with 10–15 years.
• Mandatory experience within the contracting or construction industry.
• Strong experience in technical procurement, with a preference for fit-out or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience in vendor management and negotiation is essential.
• Experience with construction projects in the GCC region is considered an advantage.

Candidate Location and Availability

The successful candidate must be currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and possess a valid Iqama. Immediate joining is required for this position.
