About the Program Manager Role

Ejada is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale Software, ERP, SAP, and Oracle transformation programs. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The Program Manager will be instrumental in ensuring strategic alignment, integrated planning, governance, financial oversight, and successful delivery of complex enterprise initiatives.

Program Leadership and Governance

The Program Manager will lead and govern multiple Software, ERP, SAP, and Oracle projects within a strategic program portfolio. Key responsibilities include defining and managing the program roadmap, governance framework, integrated master plan, release and cutover strategies, and executive reporting cadence. This role involves overseeing cross-project planning, dependencies, resource allocation, financial performance, quality, and delivery milestones.

Financial and Stakeholder Management

This position requires comprehensive management of program budgets, forecasts, commercial performance, revenue milestones, and benefits realization to ensure overall portfolio health. The Program Manager will lead executive steering committees, governance forums, and manage vendor and system integrator relationships, facilitating strategic decision-making. Coordination of cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and delivery partners is essential for successful execution.

Risk Mitigation and Compliance

A critical aspect of this role is driving risk management, issue resolution, dependency control, change management, and developing program recovery strategies. The Program Manager must ensure strict compliance with governance standards, contractual obligations, information security, audit requirements, regulatory expectations, and delivery controls. Additionally, the role involves coaching Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, promoting PMO best practices, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, Software Delivery, ERP, SAP, Oracle, or Enterprise Program Management is required. Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs or portfolios of related software and ERP projects is essential. PgMP or PMP certification is highly preferred. Additional certifications such as SAP Activate, Oracle Cloud/ERP, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Required Skills and Competencies

Key skills include Enterprise Program & Portfolio Management, Software Delivery & ERP Program Governance, SAP & Oracle Transformation Programs, Executive Stakeholder & Steering Committee Management, and PMO Governance & Delivery Leadership. Proficiency in Integrated Planning & Cross-Project Dependency Management, Financial Management, Budgeting & Benefits Realization, and Risk, Issue, Change & Escalation Management is necessary. Experience with Vendor & System Integrator Management, SDLC, ERP Implementation Lifecycle & Release/Cutover Governance, Business Process Transformation, Data Migration & System Integrations, and Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid Delivery Methodologies is also required. Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Oracle, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Power BI (or equivalent reporting tools) is expected. Knowledge of Information Security, Audit Readiness, Compliance, and SAMA/NCA governance frameworks is an advantage.
