Join Giza Systems as a Project Coordinator!

We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to oversee project follow-ups and ensure implementation of internal policies and procedures. As a key player in our team, you will help maintain customer satisfaction while overseeing various project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor project developments and support Project Managers (PMs) as required.
  • Attend meetings, document requirements, and follow-up on outstanding tasks.
  • Provide reports to the Higher Project Manager (HPM) regarding ongoing issues in projects.
  • Assist in preparing the Monthly Business Report Meetings to review business plans.
  • Utilize MS Project to register tasks, monitor progress, and maintain documentation.
  • Schedule meetings and manage project-related appointments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Essential Skills:
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and MS Project.

Qualifications:
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Very good command of English is required.

  • PMP certification is preferred.
