Project Coordinator

About the Role

SRACO Company is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily project activities, specifically within the Facilities Management domain. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily project activities related to Facilities Management.
• Follow up on project progress, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, service providers, and internal departments.
• Monitor maintenance activities, service requests, and work orders through CAFM systems.
• Maintain and update project documentation, records, reports, and correspondence.
• Schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.
• Monitor project deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify operational issues, project risks, and delays, and report them to the Project Manager.
• Follow up on service delivery, maintenance performance, and compliance with agreed service levels.
• Assist in monitoring project expenses, purchase requests, and resource requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and Facilities Management procedures.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a project coordination role, preferably within Facilities Management or a related field.
