About the Role

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a highly experienced Project Director for a landmark High-Rise Tower Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position within the Real Estate & Construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery of the project, ensuring all objectives are met.

Project Leadership

The Project Director will hold overall responsibility for project delivery, focusing on achieving time, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder objectives. This involves leading the complete site organization and acting as the primary point of contact for all key parties involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of the high-rise tower project.
• Manage and direct the complete site organization, including Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, Logistics, and Administration.
• Act as the key point of contact with the Client, Consultants, Government Authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Riyadh authorities for required permits and approvals.
• Chair project progress meetings and monitor critical-path activities.
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, cost deviations, and contractual issues.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, Saudi labor law, and applicable regulations.
• Manage site resources, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Provide regular project updates, forecasts, and risk reports to senior management.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale high-rise tower projects.
• Strong leadership and project management experience, with over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of construction planning, cost, quality, HSE, and project controls.
• Experience working with clients, consultants, government authorities, and major subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi construction market and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
