Sitescape Contracting Company is seeking a dedicated Project Site Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for overseeing construction activities and ensuring project success.

Role Overview

The Project Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and monitoring daily construction activities, ensuring all project work adheres to approved specifications and requirements. This position involves significant coordination with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery and maintain high standards of quality and safety on site.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site.
Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the client to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with the approved schedule.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations.
Review and verify material deliveries, quantities, and installation works.
Resolve technical and construction-related issues on site.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
Assist in the preparation of BOQs, material requests, and project documentation.
Identify and report project risks, delays, and recommend corrective actions.
Support the successful completion, handover, and close-out of the project within the approved budget and timeline.
