Preparing and presenting suitable offers and packages for each party. Building long-term relationships with educational institutions and companies. Following up on approvals, confirmations, and operational details with management. Preparing simple reports on the number of communications and bookings. Coordinating with the operations team to ensure readiness for the visit or event.

Job Purpose
This position exists to perform promotion activities of electrical products efficiently, in a timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas
  • Sales Promotion and Brand Awareness
    • Promote and sell Alfanar products while increasing brand awareness among end users.
    • Initiate and maintain effective relationships with customers, including Alfanar distributors and electricians.
  • Market Research and Reporting
    • Track traffic flow in the showroom and conduct surveys to gather information on the market and competitors.
    • Register, track, and follow up on sales deals occurring in the showroom, generating monthly reports for management.
  • Product Management and Launch Support
    • Coordinate with the sales team to obtain updated price lists and information on promotions.
    • Contribute to new product launches and ensure they are added to the showroom in a timely manner.
  • Showroom Maintenance
    • Maintain showroom assets, ensuring that the space is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
    • Ensure the continuous availability of marketing materials, including brochures, price lists, and catalogs.
  • Coordination and Communication
    • Work closely with sales support to facilitate sales deals between the sales team and end users, highlighting new potential opportunities.
