Responsible for direct communication with schools, universities, and companies with the aim of attracting school trips, group visits, special events, introducing the services and experiences of the place, and building ongoing partnerships. The job tasks include: communicating with schools, universities, and companies (calls - WhatsApp - email - visits). Introducing the services of the place and the programs available for trips and events. Coordinating the dates of visits and bookings and following them up until execution. Preparing and presenting suitable offers and packages for each party. Building long-term relationships with educational institutions and companies. Following up on approvals, confirmations, and operational details with management. Preparing simple reports on the number of communications and bookings. Coordinating with the operations team to ensure readiness for the visit or event.

Job Purpose
This position exists to perform promotion activities of electrical products efficiently, in a timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas

    • Work closely with sales support to facilitate sales deals between the sales team and end users, highlighting new potential opportunities.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the availability of required products for the showroom.
  • Opportunity Reporting
    • Report to management on any market opportunities or issues related to distributors and end users.
