Introducing the services of the place and the programs available for trips and events. Coordinating the dates of visits and bookings and following them up until execution. Preparing and presenting suitable offers and packages for each party. Building long-term relationships with educational institutions and companies. Following up on approvals, confirmations, and operational details with management. Preparing simple reports on the number of communications and bookings. Coordinating with the operations team to ensure readiness for the visit or event.
