About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Property Management Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for managing and coordinating the internal handover process of projects from construction to property management. The specialist will ensure that all units, systems, and documentation meet company standards, quality requirements, and established timelines.

Role Overview

The Internal Handover Representative acts as a key liaison between the engineering, construction, and property management teams. This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of assets post-construction, focusing on quality assurance and comprehensive documentation prior to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the internal handover process between construction and property management teams.
Ensure all units are inspected thoroughly and meet quality standards before handover.
Review and verify all handover documentation, including drawings, manuals, and warranties.
Identify and report defects, then follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records and reports of handover status and progress.
Collaborate with engineering and site teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Support the preparation of snag lists and ensure their closure before final handover.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of assets.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Experience in handover processes or facility/property management is an advantage.
Familiarity with inspection procedures and quality standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the specialist will work closely with various internal teams to ensure project success and asset readiness for property management.
