About the Role

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking a Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for ensuring that all construction, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities strictly adhere to project specifications, client requirements, international standards, and established quality management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding robust quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to the successful delivery of projects within the Oil & Gas / EPC sector. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of quality principles and a proven track record in implementing and managing quality control measures in complex project environments. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain Project Quality Management Systems in accordance with project and client requirements.
  • Review project specifications, quality plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), procedures, and method statements.
  • Conduct inspections and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with client representatives, third-party inspectors, and project teams regarding quality-related activities.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), punch lists, and quality records.
  • Monitor welding, piping, mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, and instrumentation activities as applicable.
  • Ensure all materials received at site comply with approved specifications and project requirements.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Verify the calibration status of measuring and testing equipment.
  • Assist in project turnover documentation and final quality dossiers.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or other client-specific quality requirements where applicable.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects.
  • Experience working on projects within the Gulf region is preferred.
  • Experience working on Saudi Aramco projects will be considered an added advantage.
  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CSWIP, AWS, BGAS, or NACE will be an advantage.
  • Saudi Aramco approvals are preferred where applicable.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and international standards.
  • Familiarity with ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, ISO, and client specifications.
  • Ability to effectively review technical documents, drawings, and inspection reports.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation systems.
