The Role of Quantity Surveyor

Applus+ is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing the measurement, valuation, and cost control of roadworks projects. The Quantity Surveyor will also be responsible for reviewing contractor submissions and supporting contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the measurement, valuation, and cost control processes for roadworks.
• Review contractor claims and variations.
• Support overall contract administration activities.
• Assist in the evaluation of variations.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.

Location and Work Type

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time role.
