York Towers is a leader in luxury real estate development, committed to delivering exceptional residential properties worldwide. We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. This role will involve connecting with customers, managing leads, and achieving sales targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Connect with customers through cold calls and follow-ups.
  • Monitor market trends and demographic data.
  • Achieve specified sales targets set by Senior Management.
  • Maintain updated listings of available properties.
  • Provide clients with information on construction work and financing.
  • Prepare documents for buying/selling processes.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and negotiate effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for the line manager.

Business Skills Required:
  • Effective communication and strong negotiation skills.
  • Teamwork and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Experience:
At least 2 years in similar roles.

Computer Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Languages:
  • Fluent in Arabic
  • Basic English
