Main Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Connect with customers through cold calling, following up on leads, and making business presentations.
  • Stay informed about market trends, demographics, and factors affecting the buying and selling process.
  • Achieve sales targets set by Senior Management.
  • Maintain knowledge about competition and pricing strategies.
  • Update listings of available properties and reviews of new construction options with clients.
  • Provide answers to clients' questions regarding financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
  • Identify investment opportunities and strategies.
  • Prepare documents involved in the buying/selling process.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and negotiate effectively to resolve potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Exhibit math aptitude to handle and explain financial situations.

Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar activities

Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid real estate license.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.
