About the Role
OHC, a diversified Saudi investment group focused on real estate development and property management, is seeking a Real Estate Sales Specialist to join its team. This role aims to support sales growth and build strong relationships with clients interested in purchasing ready residential units, with a focus on providing a professional and clear sales experience.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Receiving and following up with clients interested in purchasing real estate units.
- Selling ready real estate units, with a focus on residential apartments.
- Explaining project and unit details to clients, including sizes, prices, and features.
- Arranging and organizing site visits for clients to units and projects.
- Following up with potential clients daily to ensure sales are completed.
- Achieving set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Entering and updating client data and sales opportunities in designated systems.
- Coordinating with management regarding offers, prices, and unit availability.
- Preparing periodic reports on clients, visits, deals, and conversion rates.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with clients before and after the sale is completed.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Saudi nationality.
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with prior experience in real estate project sales and selling ready residential units.
- Experience in managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to viewing, negotiation, booking, and closing the sale.
- Good knowledge of the residential real estate market in Riyadh, and understanding of the mechanisms for selling ready units (inventory, pricing, bookings, client follow-up).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and real estate deal closing skills.
- Ability to conduct unit viewings, project tours, and client meetings.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work towards monthly targets and sales conversion indicators.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
- Willingness to work in the field and conduct client visits and property viewings within Riyadh.
- Residency in Riyadh.
- Availability of reliable transportation.
Preferred Additional Qualifications
- Experience in selling residential apartments.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Saudi real estate brokerage license or relevant professional certification.
- Valid Saudi driver's license.
- Basic to good English communication skills.
- Ability to join within 30 days or as agreed.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings when needed.
