Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients warmly.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and available appointments.
• Manage client check-ins and check-outs.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and overall salon cleanliness.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Track inventory and restock salon supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with promotional activities and events as necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a beauty salon or spa.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in computer skills, including salon management software.
• Knowledge of beauty and haircare products is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic; English fluency is a plus.
• Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Schedule:
