Job Title: Receptionist

Workplace: Pilates Club

Job Objective:

Welcoming members and providing a classy and friendly experience that reflects the club's identity, along with organizing bookings and providing daily administrative support.


Tasks and Responsibilities:


Welcoming members and visitors with a smile and professionalism.

Answering phone calls, messages, and inquiries.

Managing class bookings and scheduling appointments.

Registering new memberships and explaining packages and services.

Collecting payments and issuing invoices when necessary.

Coordinating with trainers and management to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Dealing with complaints or feedback in a classy and effective manner.


Skills and Qualifications:


Excellent communication skills and good appearance.

High organization and ability to multitask.

Familiarity with basic computer skills and booking systems.

Previous experience in reception or in the field of sports/health care is preferred.

Fluency in Arabic, with knowledge of the English language.
