About the Opportunity

Hyalure Aesthetics, through its distributor partner KAP Health, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager Aesthetic Injectables. This contract role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on leading the commercial growth of the Hyalure Aesthetic portfolio across the Kingdom.

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance and market development for aesthetic injectable products. This position requires a strategic sales leader with proven experience in medical aesthetics and team management, dedicated to achieving business growth through customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive the growth of the Hyalure Aesthetic portfolio across key accounts and target customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to execute effective product launches and promotional activities.
  • Analyze sales performance, prepare forecasts, and implement action plans to maximize regional growth.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, sales reporting, and compliance with company policies.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent.
  • Represent KAP Health at industry meetings, congresses, and professional events.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic injectable products, including dermal fillers, with the ability to coach and support sales representatives.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving regional business growth.

Essential Skills and Requirements

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the Kingdom.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

Work Context

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring extensive travel throughout the Kingdom to manage regional sales activities effectively.
