The Opportunity
Impetus is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is centered on driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) vertical across the UAE market. The manager will be responsible for building and expanding enterprise relationships, leading strategic sales pursuits, and expanding Impetus’ regional footprint through a consultative, value-led sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new enterprise clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles and drive sustained revenue growth.
- Act as the primary advisor for key accounts, building and nurturing executive-level relationships.
- Strengthen Impetus’ presence across BFSI organizations in the UAE.
- Drive account-based prospecting and market expansion, leveraging partner ecosystems including cloud and data platforms.
- Effectively position Impetus’ capabilities, offerings, and solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop winning proposals and ensure client success.
- Represent customer needs internally and foster strong collaboration across internal teams and partners.
Candidate Profile and Experience
- Over 10 years of proven success in enterprise software or consulting sales.
- Demonstrated track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Deep experience selling into Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) organizations.
- Proficiency in a consultative, value-based selling approach.
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, cloud, and AI/ML ecosystems.
- Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders effectively.
