About the Role
Thales Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on driving revenue and expanding market presence within an assigned territory. Thales is a global leader in identity management and data protection solutions, trusted by businesses and governments worldwide to secure digital interactions.
Role Objective and Context
The primary objective of the Regional Sales Manager is to manage a designated sales territory and maximize revenue generation for Thales. This involves developing and executing strategic sales plans for the region, cultivating strong customer relationships, and providing accurate sales forecasts. The role is integral to Thales' commitment to supporting Saudi Vision 2030 through localization efforts and strategic collaborations within the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and grow strategic prospect and existing customer relationships within the assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and quantify all sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Develop and deliver accurate and technically sound sales presentations to potential customers.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship development at all customer levels, and account plan implementation.
- Achieve set objectives to meet revenue and growth targets for the region.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategic account management and IT Security business development.
Essential Skills
- Strong communication abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented approach with natural leadership qualities.
- Proficient negotiation skills.
