The Opportunity: Residential Analytics & Insights Manager

Red Sea Global is seeking a Residential Analytics & Insights Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to enabling data-driven decision-making across the residential portfolio, focusing on sales, marketing, pricing, and channel performance.

Role Purpose

The Manager – Residential Analytics & Insights is responsible for analysis, reporting, and insight generation. The role translates complex sales and CRM data into clear, actionable intelligence designed to improve sales performance, enhance forecast accuracy, and optimize commercial outcomes across the residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards detailing residential sales performance and pipeline health.
• Analyze the residential sales funnel, including leads, meetings, site visits, and conversions, to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Track performance metrics by project, product type, broker/channel, and buyer segment.
• Conduct desktop research and benchmarking against comparable residential projects, destinations, pricing strategies, and sales velocity.
• Monitor market trends, buyer behavior, competitor activity, and channel strategies across relevant regional and international markets.
• Support pricing, absorption, and inventory performance analysis utilizing both internal data and external benchmarks.
• Translate analytical findings and research into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-ready analysis, benchmarking summaries, and briefing materials for senior leadership.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in analytics, insights, or a similar data-focused role, preferably within the residential real estate sector. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex data effectively to various audiences.
