About Adree and the Role

Adree is seeking a Resource Management Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to overseeing workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management across all technical and non-technical delivery streams within the organization.

Role Overview

The Resource Management Specialist serves as a key link between HR/Talent Acquisition, Delivery Leads/Project Managers, and Executive Leadership. The primary objective is to ensure optimal utilization of human capital by balancing project staffing demands with individual employee skill sets, managing bench resources, and supporting career development. This position drives efficiency, minimizes downtime, and contributes to seamless project delivery across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign, schedule, and allocate technical personnel, including Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance specialists, and Tech Leads, across active projects based on skills, availability, and project priorities.
  • Analyze pipeline demands in collaboration with Project Managers and Business Development teams to forecast future resource needs and proactively mitigate potential staffing bottlenecks.
  • Continuously monitor individual and team utilization rates, working to minimize bench time and strategically assign non-billable staff to upskilling initiatives or internal projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to communicate immediate hiring needs and partner with HR to manage onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes efficiently.
  • Proactively resolve staffing conflicts, address overlapping project timelines, and close skill gaps across competing project teams.
  • Maintain and present accurate real-time dashboards to executive management on resource availability, project roll-offs, skill inventories, and team utilization metrics.
  • Track employee skill sets, certifications, and career aspirations to align project assignments with personal growth objectives and internal mobility opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or Operations Management. This experience should ideally be within an IT consulting firm, software house, or digital transformation agency.
