🏢 Field and Operational Supervision

• Monitor workflow and ensure the application of unified operational policies.

• Visit branches periodically to provide guidance and field reports.

• Establish and implement flexible work schedules that ensure operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with quality, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Team Management and Building

• Identify operational hiring needs and coordinate with the HR department.

• Supervise the selection and hiring of suitable candidates for operational positions.

• Develop teams through continuous training and enhancing their competencies.

• Create a positive work environment and reduce employee turnover.

• Evaluate employee and supervisor performance periodically and develop plans for performance improvement.

🧠 Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or any relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and operating service projects or multiple facilities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel) for report preparation.

• High skills in leadership, organization, planning, and decision-making.

• Ability to analyze operational problems and make effective solutions.

• Proficiency in Arabic language speaking and writing (English is an additional advantage).

• Valid driving license in Saudi Arabia.
