  • Identify waste and propose effective solutions to reduce costs.

  • Prepare periodic operational and financial reports for senior management.

🧾 Procurement and Inventory

  • Follow up on branch needs for operational materials and supplies.

  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials are available on time.

  • Control inventory and reduce waste and loss.

🧰 Maintenance and Technical Support

  • Monitor periodic maintenance work for equipment and operational systems.

  • Ensure equipment readiness and prevent service interruptions.

  • Document maintenance work and technical reports to track performance.

🤝 Quality and Customer Service

  • Monitor compliance with service quality standards and overall customer experience.

  • Handle customer complaints quickly and effectively.

  • Implement quality improvement programs and enhance customer satisfaction.

📈 Planning and Development

  • Develop operational procedures and improve process efficiency.

  • Contribute to developing expansion and operational plans for future branches.

  • Study the market and competitors and propose ideas to improve operational performance.


🧠 Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or any relevant field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and operating service projects or multiple facilities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel) for report preparation.

  • High skills in leadership, organization, planning, and decision-making.

  • Ability to analyze operational problems and make effective solutions.

  • Proficiency in Arabic language speaking and writing (English is an additional advantage).

  • Valid driving license in Saudi Arabia.
