Retail Banking Strategy & Transformation Senior Lead

About the Role

HireAlpha is seeking a Retail Strategy Senior Lead to support the strategy and transformation agenda of its Retail Bank. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires over 10 years of experience. The role involves managing strategic initiatives, tracking business performance, supporting transformation programs, and providing insights to senior management.

Role Context and Collaboration

The Retail Strategy Senior Lead will work closely with Retail Banking leadership, Transformation teams, project owners, and external consultants. This collaboration is essential to ensure that strategic programs are delivered effectively and align with the overall objectives of the Retail Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the Retail Banking strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Coordinate multiple strategic and transformation programs across the Retail Bank.
• Collaborate with business leaders, transformation teams, project owners, and consultants to track program delivery.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, MI, and management reports to monitor business and project performance.
• Review project plans, milestones, financials, risks, issues, and delivery progress.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance updates and executive-level presentations for senior management.
• Analyze Retail Banking performance, financials, and key business drivers to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support business planning and provide recommendations to improve performance and manage risks.
• Design and coordinate sales incentive plans in collaboration with business and sales teams.
• Develop tools and reports to track and calculate incentive payouts.
• Lead or support critical business projects focused on business performance, cost optimization, and operational improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and performance management.
• Assess the impact of business/process/system changes and support change management activities.
• Participate in management committees and senior stakeholder meetings.
• Act as a deputy or provide support to the Head of Strategy & Transformation when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring close collaboration with various internal teams and external consultants to achieve strategic objectives.
