About the Role

Star is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for Training & Professional Certifications to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on promoting and selling a portfolio of training programs, professional certifications, and learning solutions. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into confirmed enrollments and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell training programs, professional certifications, and learning solutions to prospective clients.
• Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate and convert sales opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate training programs and certification pathways.
• Present course and certification information, including benefits, requirements, schedules, and pricing.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales materials with prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information on available programs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Track individual sales performance and prepare regular sales activity and pipeline reports.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's training programs and market trends.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Education, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or account management.
• Experience within the training, education, professional certification, or human-capability development sector.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset and ability to work toward sales KPIs.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build professional relationships with both individual and corporate clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or sales management systems is preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
