About the Sales Associate Role at Ethicfin

Ethicfin is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Riyadh. This part-time position involves driving sales, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to follow-ups, and the ability to identify and convert customer needs into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through various channels including calls, meetings, referrals, and market outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
  • Consistently follow up with leads and prospects to advance them through the sales pipeline.
  • Achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and distribute quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales closures within CRM or sales tracking systems.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior within the Saudi market.
  • Support the team in executing sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is required.
  • Experience ranging from 1 to 5 years is expected.

Work Details

This is a part-time position located in Riyadh. The salary range for this role is SAR 1,875 to SAR 3,750.
