About the Sales Associate Role

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team in Makkah, specifically serving the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves the inspection of the market to sell Rentokil Boecker® services and products. The role focuses on dynamic prospecting, building client relationships, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and utilizing marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets, goals, renewals, and profitability.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market prospecting.
  • Deliver professional and effective sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of Rentokil Boecker® services for health, property, and the environment.
  • Survey premises to estimate technical requirements and pricing when necessary.
  • Develop offers for target clients using appropriate marketing tools.
  • Present new products and services to existing clients and enhance relationships through planned visits.
  • Respond to client needs and coordinate with all concerned parties to fulfill requests.
  • Educate clients on processes to maximize value from Rentokil Boecker® services.
  • Prepare detailed offers, follow up to secure contracts, and manage after-sales support.
  • Handle contract renewals as applicable.
  • Communicate new sales and renewals effectively to the Operations Department.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client data within Rentokil Boecker® systems.
  • Document and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Participate in events and exhibitions to promote company services.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, or an equivalent field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, specifically B2B selling in relevant markets.

Required Skills and Proficiencies

  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of reporting and monitoring processes with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves direct interaction with clients and market engagement.
