Join SPORTA as a Sales Consultant – Gym Equipment!
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to contribute to our growth in the Saudi fitness market. This role is essential for generating and managing new leads, developing gym solutions, creating quotations, closing deals, and supporting end-to-end customer execution from proposal to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Management: Generate new leads through various methods including field visits and referrals. Manage the sales pipeline efficiently while maintaining accurate customer records using CRM tools.
  • Gym Design Support & Solution Development: Assist clients in defining their gym requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
  • Quotations, Negotiation & Deal Closing: Prepare and negotiate pricing and proposals, securing approvals and ensuring documentation for awarded projects.
  • Customer Collections & Relationship Management: Coordinate customer payments and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Coordination with Operations: Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of equipment.
  • Reporting & Management Updates: Provide regular sales reports to management while maintaining updated sales documentation in the ERP/CRM system.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–7 years of proven sales experience in gym/fitness equipment or a related sector.
  • Experience in the Saudi market is required.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with leading gym equipment brands is a strong advantage.

  • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in the MHRSD ecosystem (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad).

  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and [English/Other].

  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel is a must for payroll auditing).
