Join Our Dynamic Sales Team!
As a Sales Coordinator at Hilton, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts for future and repeat business. This position involves a variety of administrative, customer service, and sales lead development tasks to help our Sales team excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new sales leads and respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Fully understand hotel amenities, packages, and promotions.
  • Produce quotations and written confirmations for clients.
  • Generate accurate reports for senior management regarding appointments, calls made, and business leads.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues to ensure future business.
  • Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proactive in meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

  • English proficiency is preferred.
  • Eligible for Tamheer Program.
