Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all administrative requirements of the sales office.
  • Maintain an organized, systematic, and updated filing system for easy accessibility of required data.
  • Prepare and type sales team’s offer letters and update the sales database system.
  • Compose letters, memos, faxes, and other correspondence on behalf of the Director of Sales and other executives.
  • Manage incoming calls and guest inquiries in the absence of the sales team.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of the sales month-end report.
  • Maintain effective communication with various administrative demands.
  • Ensure all equipment used is in proper working order.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ideally possess a college diploma and relevant previous work experience.
  • Good computer skills and perfect command of English. Any additional language skills are an asset.
  • Courteous, discreet, and capable of high confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a great team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
