About the Role
EjadTech (إيجاد التقنية) is seeking a Sales Director B2B to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to leading the company's commercial strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding market share, acquiring new clients, and fostering strategic partnerships with local and international companies. The role involves leading the sales team, overseeing strategic account management, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets by delivering technology and consulting solutions.
Strategic Leadership and Business Growth
The Sales Director B2B will be responsible for developing and executing the company's B2B sales strategy in alignment with business objectives. This includes establishing annual sales plans, targets, and KPIs, as well as identifying target markets and expansion opportunities. Key responsibilities also involve:
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
- Identifying and acquiring new clients across public and private sectors.
- Leading commercial negotiations, preparing business proposals, and closing strategic deals.
- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with local and international companies.
- Representing the company at client meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
Client Relationship and Team Management
This role requires building and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic clients and C-level executives. The Sales Director B2B will also lead and develop the sales team, ensuring high performance and continuous business opportunities. Specific duties include:
- Establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure high client satisfaction and identify account growth opportunities.
- Managing strategic accounts and overseeing commercial commitments.
- Setting sales targets and monitoring team performance.
- Overseeing the sales pipeline and conducting regular performance reviews to improve sales effectiveness.
Commercial Oversight and Collaboration
The Sales Director B2B will be responsible for commercial management, including developing sales forecasts and revenue plans, preparing executive sales and performance reports, and monitoring profitability. The role also involves significant cross-functional collaboration:
- Collaborating with technical and consulting teams to develop tailored technical and commercial proposals.
- Working closely with the Marketing Department to generate qualified sales leads.
- Coordinating with Finance and Legal teams throughout negotiation and contract execution.
- Supporting the development of new services and solutions by providing market insights and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Professional Experience
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. The role requires substantial professional experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership position.
- Mandatory previous experience in Information Technology (IT), Digital Transformation, Technology Services, or Technology Consulting companies.
- Proven experience in selling technology solutions and services to enterprise clients.
- Strong experience in strategic account management, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Key Competencies and Market Insight
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust professional network and deep market understanding:
- Must possess a strong professional network with a minimum of 30 private sector companies, including local and international organizations operating within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships, acquire enterprise clients, and drive business growth with local and international companies.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi IT and Digital Transformation market, with an understanding of regional business opportunities.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
