About the Sales Employee Role

A'mal Al-Masbah Al-Tijariyah, a Saudi-owned company established in 2018, specializes in manufacturing pool safety products for swimming pools, fountains, and transparent waterfalls. The company utilizes stainless steel and clear acrylic fiber to create durable and modern safety solutions. This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients to promote and sell the company's safety products.

Core Responsibilities

The Sales Employee will be responsible for driving sales by actively engaging with customers. Key duties include visiting clients on a daily basis, preparing accurate quotations, and negotiating terms to secure sales. The role also involves coordinating closely with operations and production teams to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment. Maintaining strong customer relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, and providing essential after-sales support are integral to this position. Additionally, the Sales Employee will gather market feedback to inform business strategies and consistently represent the company in a professional manner.

Sales and Client Engagement

A primary responsibility of this role is to contribute directly to achieving sales targets. This involves proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The Sales Employee will be expected to present the company's range of pool and water feature safety products effectively, highlighting their features and benefits to potential clients. Following up on leads and managing the sales pipeline through to closure will be a key performance indicator.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess demonstrated sales and customer service skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, with the capacity to clearly explain technical product details. While not mandatory, a basic understanding of construction, pools, or water feature products is beneficial, alongside a willingness to learn technical specifications. Organizational and time-management skills are crucial for efficiently managing multiple client accounts and follow-ups.

Professional Attributes and Experience

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the field and conducting on-site visits within Riyadh, adapting to various customer environments. Proficiency in standard office and communication tools, such as email and spreadsheets, is expected; experience with CRM systems is a plus. Previous sales experience, particularly within the construction, safety products, or related industries, is preferred but not a strict requirement. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and a results-oriented mindset are necessary, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
