About the Role

OMODA & JAECOO KSA is seeking a Sales Executive to join their automotive showroom team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves engaging with customers to facilitate vehicle purchases within a direct-distribution model. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, customer service, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle walk-in customers and assigned leads, identifying their needs and recommending suitable vehicle models.
• Clearly present vehicle features, specifications, and available offers.
• Arrange and conduct test drives for potential customers.
• Follow up with customers daily via calls and messages, addressing objections to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Prepare accurate quotations and sales proposals.
• Coordinate with finance services for loan approvals and confirm stock availability.
• Ensure timely system updates and maintain complete customer files and required sales documentation.
• Verify the accuracy and compliance of all deal paperwork.
• Coordinate vehicle registration, invoicing, and handover processes with the administrative team, ensuring smooth and on-time delivery.
• Conduct proper vehicle handovers for customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Submit daily sales activity and pipeline reports, maintaining accurate lead and sales status updates.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 2-5 years.
• Must be a Saudi Arabia Citizen.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle features and specifications is preferred.
