About the Sales Executive Role

Cigar Square is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This on-site position involves engaging with guests, providing expert guidance on cigar selections, and ensuring a high-quality, personalized customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve established sales targets.
• Manage the sales floor operations effectively.
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Maintain visually appealing product displays.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Support in-store events and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a comfortable, inclusive, and professional atmosphere.
• Stay informed about product offerings, cigar origins, and market trends to provide accurate recommendations and contribute to brand growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven sales and customer service skills, with the ability to engage guests, understand their needs, and close sales.
• Strong interest in cigars, hospitality, or luxury goods, with a willingness to learn about cigar origins, varieties, and pairings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, respectful, and inclusive approach.
• Organizational skills for managing the sales area, inventory, and point-of-sale systems.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury sales is preferred; experience with premium cigars or similar products is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and teamwork.
• Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The role requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by business needs.
