About the Role

Al-Menu Co. is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities within the restaurant and food service sectors. The Sales Executive will be responsible for presenting Al-Menu Co.’s SMART OPERATIONS solutions and services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers to align solutions with client needs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events when required.

Candidate Profile and Experience

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and account management, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality sector.
  • Ability to understand and articulate operational solutions, technology-based tools, and process improvements to clients.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in restaurant operations, food service consulting, or hospitality sales is considered an advantage.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills suitable for a professional business environment.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.

Work Environment

This role is based on-site in Riyadh and requires the ability to travel locally to meet clients as needed. It is a full-time position within a dynamic team focused on the food and beverages industry.
