Role Overview: Sales Manager, MENA Region

Marshall Cavendish Education is seeking a Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives and drive transformative learning solutions across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This full-time position involves forging impactful partnerships with schools and ministries, delivering tailored educational solutions that align with national goals, and making a lasting mark on the region’s educational future. The role requires a focus on market trends and innovation to empower institutions through seamless platform integration, dynamic training, and targeted digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to promote educational products within the MENA region.
  • Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets with schools, educational districts, and distributors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including school administrators, district heads, and educational organizations.
  • Engage with local educational ministries to align products with national educational goals and reforms.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with schools and educational institutions through regular communication and personalized outreach.
  • Conduct detailed market research to assess the educational landscape and identify emerging trends.
  • Track competitor offerings, identify gaps for product solutions, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with schools to evaluate specific educational needs and offer customized product solutions and tailored packages combining various educational tools, training, and services.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth integration of educational platforms with local school systems.
  • Provide ongoing training and support for schools and distributors on digital platforms, including product demonstrations, webinars, and hands-on training.
  • Manage and expand relationships with distributors across the region, ensuring they have necessary resources and training.
  • Set clear performance goals for distributors and track their progress to ensure alignment with sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific campaigns and leverage digital channels to raise brand awareness and engage potential customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in sales strategy development, relationship management, and meeting sales targets within the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of the educational landscape in the MENA Region.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates currently residing in the MENA region are preferred due to regional proximity and strategic access to target markets.
