Sales Manager

About the Role

GAC Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the sales team and driving business growth in logistics and freight forwarding across Saudi Arabia. The position is preferably based in Riyadh, though candidates from other locations within KSA may be considered.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team, expanding the customer base, and strengthening relationships with key clients. The primary objective is to deliver sustainable revenue and gross profit growth across GAC Group's logistics and freight forwarding services throughout Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring accountability for performance.
• Secure new business and cultivate existing customer relationships across Saudi Arabia.
• Identify, pursue, and secure opportunities in freight forwarding, project logistics, and integrated logistics services.
• Manage commercial activities for project cargo, breakbulk, heavy lift, and out-of-gauge shipments in collaboration with operational teams.
• Prepare and manage requests for quotation, tenders, pricing proposals, customer presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare account plans, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, approval processes, credit requirements, and operational procedures.
• Deliver revenue and gross profit targets to drive sustainable business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales management role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Proven track record in growing logistics and freight forwarding business.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, project logistics, and integrated logistics services.
