About the Role

Trivers is seeking a Sales & Partnerships Intern to join its team in Riyadh. This internship offers an opportunity for individuals at the beginning of their careers to gain practical experience in B2B sales, outreach, and partnerships within the recruitment technology sector. Trivers is developing Saudi Arabia's first smart referral-based recruitment platform, utilizing AI, expert referrals, and its proprietary Referral Tracking System (RTS).

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Sales & Partnerships Intern will play a supportive role in the company's business development efforts. Key responsibilities include assisting with B2B outreach to potential client companies, conducting research on prospective clients and key decision-makers, and managing communication with leads through messaging and follow-ups. The intern will also contribute to building partnerships with HR leaders, founders, recruiters, and relevant communities. This role involves supporting the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, and partnership briefs, as well as diligently tracking leads, meeting notes, and subsequent action items. Participants will have the opportunity to join discovery calls to understand how Trivers addresses hiring challenges through its smart referral system and RTS.
