About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales & Telesales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to convert leads into satisfied clients. This position combines telesales and customer engagement, bridging the gap between marketing and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with potential clients via phone and digital channels.
  • Present products and services in a clear, confident, and persuasive manner.
  • Handle leads from marketing campaigns and follow up with registered users who have not completed their purchase.
  • Collect customer feedback and share actionable insights with the marketing and operations teams.
  • Support the marketing department in driving engagement and increasing conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and performance reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency is an advantage).
  • Professional, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to achieve monthly sales targets and work effectively within a team.
