As the Renewal Sales Representative for KSA, your responsibilities will include managing and selling the renewals of Splunk's industry-leading software licenses. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a high retention rate and drive growth across your designated territory. This role comes with a sales quota, and your proven track record in renewing licenses will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage KSA and regional territories with individual renewal and growth targets.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, achieving assigned renewal rate and retention targets.
- Engage proactively with account teams and partners to identify renewal risks and secure timely renewals.
- Identify expansion opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate account and license data in Salesforce.
- Deliver accurate forecasts through disciplined pipeline management.
- Track and analyze non-renewals to generate actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales or Renewals within a SaaS organization.
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate business value through data technology.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with C-level executives.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
