Antal International is supporting a global industry leader, a multinational Food & Beverage company, in expanding its sales team within Saudi Arabia. This client is seeking to hire eight Sales Representatives to cover key regions across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.

The Role of Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring strong market presence within an assigned territory. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and executing in-store activities to maximize product visibility and availability. The position is full-time and based in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets across assigned customers, territories, and product categories.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely order collection and consistent product availability.
• Execute in-store promotions, focusing on product visibility, accurate pricing, effective displays, and campaign compliance.
• Coordinate with store and category managers, as well as internal field teams, to facilitate smooth trade activities and activations.
• Monitor stock levels and SKU availability to proactively prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Track competitor activities, gather customer feedback, and monitor market developments, reporting key insights to management.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of customer and store coverage within the assigned territory.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Experience in confectionery is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth across assigned territories or key accounts.
• Proven experience in executing in-store promotions, trade activities, and seasonal campaigns.

Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, with opportunities available in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. The salary range for this role is SAR 6,000 - SAR 10,000 per month, in addition to benefits.
