We are looking in the Korea auction for a professional customer service employee with experience in cars, who is a strong interface for the platform and able to deal with customers in the style of the people of Riyadh and professionally, combining eloquence, quick wit, and good conduct. The tasks include responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and calls, clearly and convincingly explaining the details of cars and services, following up on orders, building customer trust, and providing a professional experience that reflects the strength and credibility of the Korea auction. Previous experience in the automotive field is required, good knowledge of the market, and the ability to interact elegantly with various customers, with high communication skills that help to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
