Job Summary for Sales Representative:

The sales representative is responsible for implementing field sales plans within a specific region, by visiting customers, offering and selling the company's products, building long-term relationships with customers, and achieving approved sales goals, while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

-          Visiting current and potential customers according to approved visit plans.

-          Offering and selling company products and achieving set sales targets.

-          Implementing approved promotional offers within points of sale.

-          Ensuring product availability and proper arrangement within points of sale.

-          Following up on customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.

-          Collecting dues from customers according to approved policies.

-          Submitting visit and sales reports periodically.

-          Following up on customer complaints and working to resolve them in coordination with management.

-          Achieving sales goals and increasing revenue volume.

-          Expanding the customer base and strengthening market presence.

-          Improving the level of customer service and satisfaction.

-          Suggesting new customers and market development opportunities.

-          Negotiating with customers within the limits of approved prices and policies.


Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Beginner in English
