Are you a passionate sales professional with a love for technology? Fodo MENA, a leading provider of innovative POS solutions, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative specializing in Point of Sale (POS) solutions for the restaurant and café industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective and existing clients.
  • Promote and sell POS systems and technology solutions designed for restaurants and cafés.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and direct engagement.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant and café owners and managers.
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals.
  • Provide regular market insights and competitor feedback to sales management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Support, Customer Success, and Collections) to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in POS sales or solutions targeting the restaurant and café sector.
  • Prior experience with competing companies or within the same industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the F&B (Food & Beverage) market and its technology needs.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication tools, and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Residency in Saudi Arabia is a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both new and existing clients.
  • Upsell and renew packages for existing clients in a timely manner to maintain client retention.
  • Performing all basic system transactions pertaining to manual billing.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients on a name-to-name basis.
  • Notifying the Manager of any clients’ complaints or grievances and assisting in appropriate response.
  • Being knowledgeable of all products and programs and building value.
  • Being responsive to member feedback and complaints and working towards timely resolution.
  • Consistently looking for opportunities to gain new clients and elevate service levels.
  • Actively build a network of contacts through referrals.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Work closely with Team Leader to identify trainers with gaps in schedules and match them with new client prospects.

Candidate Requirements and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in sales (specifically within Fitness, F&B, Hotel Services or other Consumer Service industries is a plus)
  • Fluent Arabic and English written and spoken is a must
  • Two years Sales Experience in B2C
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
