The Role of a Sales Specialist
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting, selling, and negotiating contracts for real estate properties. This role involves executing sales strategies and achieving growth targets by attracting new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. The specialist will provide tailored solutions that meet client expectations, leveraging a solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote residential and commercial real estate properties to potential clients.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide suitable property options.
- Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and financing options.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, offers, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales transactions effectively.
- Follow up with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction and support.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, clients, and property listings.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis.
Qualifications and Experience
