  Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets for catering and event services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while preparing tailored proposals for clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
  Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients and conduct consultations to understand event requirements, ensuring expectations are met.
• Event Coordination & Execution:
  Collaborate with the Director of Operations and oversee event execution, ensuring seamless delivery of services while addressing logistical needs.
• Operational Excellence:
  Monitor sales performance, train and mentor staff, and conduct post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or similar.
• Minimum 3 years experience in outdoor catering sales with a proven sales record.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS tools.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned accounts.
• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company’s footprint.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to drive retention and repeat sales.
• Promote and present company products, ensuring strong product knowledge and positioning.
• Support the execution of trade promotions, activation, and in-store visibility initiatives.
• Monitor customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up to ensure service quality.
• Handle day-to-day customer queries and resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction.
• Track competitor activities and market trends, sharing insights with the sales management team.
• Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables from assigned customers.
• Support product launches by driving distribution, visibility, and sales in the assigned area.
• Represent the company during client visits, tastings, and local trade events.

Minimum Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in customer relationship management and account management.
