Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls from customers professionally.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Provide customers with relevant product and service information.
- Process forms, orders, and applications as requested.
- Identify priority issues and escalate them to management.
- Route calls to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up on complex inquiries where necessary.
- Maintain detailed call notes and reports in the CRM system.
- Manage administration tasks and communication with internal teams.
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Able to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
